Just Do it... Later!

Procrastination.  What do you plan on doing tomorrow?  What is one thing you could attempt to do today that you have had on your to-do list, that keeps being bumped to the next day, and the next?

There is power in the "Now".  The present moment is all we can count on.   As they say.. the future is just a bunch of successive "Now's" or present moments.   What if we dropped the excuses and started taking responsibility for our results.  You and only you are to blame for your results.  If you don't like what you have created to this point, what are you going to do to change it?

First and foremost, get moving.  Maybe you are a perfectionist, who won't start, unless  you feel everything has lined  up just so.  I have been there.  I have found that pushing through is the best method for me.  Start holding yourself accountable.   What would habit would embarrass you, if someone you held in high esteem found out about it?  Begin with a small project that brings you a sense of  accomplishment. Building upon that and creating a snowball of success, begins to create a sense of value and allows you to live up to your core values.   Begin today!   Begin again tomorrow.  Make it a commitment to live in the now.  When would  NOW be a good time to begin? ~ Amy

Readers are Leaders

How many of us have a plan for personal growth?   We each have the proverbial elephant in the room, something that is staring us in the face that is waiting to be improved upon.  I have a list of items I work on daily and as I have mentioned before, the secret sauce is consistent discipline in routine.

I believe we need to schedule time in our day to read.  I often turn to self help books.  That is my flavor of choice.  I desire to flood my mind with positive thoughts regularly.  As I drive in my car, I am listening to audio books, or motivational speakers.  I never want a wasted moment to master my mind.  The younger I get the more I realize that the final frontier is truly what is located between our ears... our minds.   Overcoming the mind, and getting it to work for us, rather than against us is a life long pursuit.  I have worked at it long enough, that when I wake up in the morning, the first thing running through my thoughts are my self programmed affirmations.  Usually it the " all of life comes to me, with ease and joy and glory" affirmation.  I love that it has become automatic.  I am always looking for a new "hidden treasure of knowledge".  They are in abundance and the more I find, the more seem to come into my field of influence.  I never tire of new points of view.  It's refreshing to come across another's point of  view and to ponder their reasons for thinking that way.  I am always looking for new and better ways at communicating and idea or thought to others.  You are the best gift you have ever been given.  Decide to invest in yourself daily.  Take the time to read a motivating book, to listen to a speaker or motivational message.  Find time to put yourself on the to-do list, and watch your life unfold and expand like never before!    Blessing to you Beautiful Beings!~ Amy

Shine on!

We like to feel productive.  Many of my clients hire me, because they are doers and want to take it to the next level and need someone who is unbiased in their approach to motivate them.    The top 3 things they feel would have the biggest impact on their lives might include relationships.  For another it may be as simple as cleaning out their car.  Believe it or not, what you surround yourself with, has a major influence on how successful you feel and how true you are to your inner core values.
If you feel successful driving around in a car that is littered with garbage, then you are one of the few!   Have you ever been bitten by an elephant?  No?   I am sure you have been bitten by a mosquito but never something as large as an elephant.  It's always the little things that get us.  It could even  be the music you listen too.  Remember, everything either strengthens or weakens us.  NO exceptions!  What could you do to change an area of weakness?   Once you get the momentum, it's catching.  Suddenly the car is clean and so is the entire house.  To feel successful, you must act successful and that means faking it until you make it!  Life is good.  And so are you!  If you  believe in taking the approach of whipping little things into shape, you will begin to see a change in your confidence and overall self respect!  You deserve it!  Love yourself enough to get the little things in order.  Pick a place to begin and set your sights on the stars.. you are made of stars! Shine on!

Eating your Words

Have you ever stopped to consider the way you talk to yourself?  What does a typical day of an internal dialog look like... " I am so stupid"  I will never achieve my goals"  " I will never find my soul mate".... and on it goes.   Research has proven that what you say  with an "I AM".... is taken as a command by your subconscious mind.   Think about that for a moment... What we say with the "I AM" is a literal command to our soul, to our very cellular makeup?  This would all fall under the realm of quantum physics and I find the subject a marvelous study.
A few  thoughts to consider adding to your "I AM" affirmations-  I am attracting people who are safe and respectful.  I am experiencing my body as healthy and balanced full of light and free from all disease.  Look over this list and see what resonates with your soul!   I am grateful you are here!

What you put in, you get out!

The human body is a miraculous machine!  I am constantly amazed by what abuses it can take and still continue to live.   We throw food, devoid of life, down our throats and wonder why we are feeling so run down and burnt out.    As many of you know, I am very passionate about promoting and eating a plant based diet.

I have personally witnessed the healing and regenerative powers of a plant powered lifestyle.  I have  seen disease evaporate, in as little as 2 months of intense focus, on the life sustaining power of living foods.

Many of the clients I teach, have been perplexed as to were to begin.  I believe change should be effective enough to become a habit, a minimum of 21 days worth of implementation.  For those of you wondering what you can do right now, The answer is simple:  add a green drink to your diet daily.  Start your day with it, use it as a snack during your afternoon slump and to make it super easy.. let's just add water and drink.  My favorite quick grab green drink takes the guess work out of what you should buy to throw into your blender and yes, you typically need a high powered blender (Vitamix, Blendtec)  in order to make it fluid and drinkable.  This is a wonderful investment if you have an extra $300 plus laying around, but if you are new to this thing and hesitate to lay out the cash, or you know you are just too hurried to do one more thing- I recommend grabbing a quick powdered packet called "Greens Pak".  The beauty of this product is you can take it to work, throw it in your bag for travel, just get a bottle of water and you have access to fiber, trace minerals, probiotics and so much more.  It's a great bang for your buck at only $22 bucks on amazon.com.  This lifestyle is adaptable to any circumstance, including those who fear the kitchen.  Start with a new change and 21 day's later, it's your habit!  Cheers to you... and don't forget to wipe off your green mustache!

Morning Rituals

Today is truly the dawn of a new day!  My name is Amy Reidling.   I have been a successful life coach, radio broadcaster & business consultant for years.  I now want to share through the social media landscape, lessons I've learned that hopefully can help someone out there.  I am passionate about sharing my thoughts about the things that make you stand out from the crowd.   You, being "YOU"... who you were truly meant to be and by becoming your authentic self, by default you will change the world around you for the better.  I feel I was put here to touch lives.  I love people and I have a deep desire to help others better themselves, whether it be coaching them to better lifestyle choices or helping consult on business matters.  I want to convey my message of hope.  We all have challenges to overcome and I am here to help you along the way.  Please subscribe and check out my other social media links below and lets stay motivated together!

Question for you.  What does your morning look like?   Are you an early riser?  Do you take time to meditate?   What are your habits?

Do make the time to prepare for the day?  44% of the wealthy wake up 3 or more hours before they have to go to work, according to Entrepreneur Magazine.

Successful people have successful habits.   The average person sleeps in an extra 1/2 hour daily.   What if you were to invest that 30 minutes into yourself?

One of the best things you can do, is to use your morning hours to get ahead.  Have you considered using your morning hours to read self help books.  listen to motivational messages, perhaps workout?

The best way to change our desires is to change what we give attention to.  Try getting up 30 minutes earlier for 21 days and join the 5:00 a.m. club.   -  Choose to be on the stage of your life, not just watching from the rear mezzanine.
